How do I start selling on Tack Trove?

Simply hit, "sell now" and register as a seller. Set up your store profile, its super easy and takes no more than five minutes.  Don't forget to name your store and upload a Display and background image. Then you are all set to start listing your items to sell. 

Can I sell second-hand items?

Yes! Tack Trove is a pre-loved equestrian item platform. Get tack room clear outing and sell away. 

How do buyers make a purchase?

Buyers can browse listings, buy now or add items to their basket, and securely check out using our supported payment methods. Sellers receive order notifications instantly.

How do I receive payments for my sales?

Payments are securely processed via Trustap. Your earnings will appear in your vendor dashboard once the order is completed.

Can I upgrade my membership later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your vendor dashboard without losing your listings or reviews.

How do I manage my store?

Once logged in, you’ll have access to your Vendor Dashboard, this is where sellers can manage listings, track orders, respond to messages, and view performance analytics.

How do I list my first item to sell

Login to your dashboard. On the right hand side menu look for and select products.

Select , "add new" from the top menu ( below your profile image ) Follow the steps, including adding images, a short description and detailed description - select what category your item needs to be in. Enter the shipping information and add your attributes ( to help when buyers search )

Once you are all done and happy hit publish and your item will list in seconds
